The most prominent feature in Firefox 3 is the new Add-on manager which has an addon recommendation feature but by default it only shows 5 Addons but if you want it to show more Add-on you can modify a about:config entry and you are all done

instructions:

  1. Enter about:config into the address bar and hit enter.
  2. Hit “I”ll be carefull. I promise!” button.
  3. Type extensions.getAddons.maxResults into the filter field and change its value from the default 5 to a higher number.

For some odd reason, Firefox 3 won’t return more than 8 results no matter what number you put in the box. Go ahead and try 112, it won’t break Firefox, because your browser will still only show you 8.
